Marketing Controller

Parker Young is supporting a dynamic, family owned business who have been producing quality foods to the retail and foodservice markets for over three decades to identify a senior FMCG marketing professional for a long term interim Marketing Controller role. With a strong pipeline of new products, continued investment in capability and new branded partnerships, this role presents a great opportunity to join a team at an exciting time in the business’ history.

We are looking for a commercial marketing professional with creative flair, a keen eye on numbers and a strong knowledge of category data tools (kantar, IRI). You will work closely with your customers to provide telling insight and category vision and manage a large NPD pipeline.

To be considered for the role you must be an experienced Senior FMCG Category Marketing professional with proven experience of leading a team for success. You must demonstrate a strong ability to develop strong commercial plans and communicate effectively with a multifunction internal team. You must have strong customer facing experience and knowledge of both the retail and foodservice sectors is highly desirable.
