Jordans, Dorset & Ryvita recognises that great tasting products, respected brands and significant advertising investment alone will not revolutionise the market in the retailer.  It will be achieved in part through the continued development of their category and shopper marketing function that will transform the customer-shopper-consumer dynamic. In particular the business have made significant in-roads in developing their online strategy and how they interact with their customers and consumers digitally.

The team are now looking to make an appointment to drive the online agenda both internally and across the broader ABF Group incorporating brands which include Twinings, Kingsmill, Silverspoon, Patak’s and many more well know grocery names.

If you are looking for a challenge that will develop your skills and progress your career in a fast paced key growth area, this is it. You will sit within the category management team but be expected to deliver a highly cross functional strategy which will see you working hand in hand with commercial and brand marketing teams.

In addition to operating strategically to develop how Jordans, Dorset & Ryvita engage with their digital customers, you will also pick up the commercial responsibility for managing the account relationship with Amazon.

This is a progressive role within the team and so someone on the upward curve will be essential. Previous exposure to an online/eCommerce FMCG environment would be highly advantageous. Key to this position is a genuine passion and desire to be a leader in the eCommerce channel. Of course experience can create faster success but it is your interest in all things digital combined with your ability to think big and drive positive change which will determine your longer term achievement.
