Our client specialise in the sourcing and distribution of frozen meat and seafood into all major channels within the UK as well operating on a global level.

We are currently representing our client in their search for a Seafood Sales Manager; the focus of this role will be to create new business within the UK market. The role will be working across each business function to create propositions, identify opportunities and convert into new business across retail, foodservice, NPD and B2B / industry. As Sales Manager it will be required to be both customer and supplier facing in order to create new business; this will be done through both buying and selling.

My client are looking for a seafood expert who has a proven track record of growing seafood business and bring on new customers; the successful candidate should also have extensive knowledge and understanding of the seafood market and have full supply chain knowledge with factory relationships. It is essential the successful candidate has UK customer relationships and a clear understanding of the UK market across all channels.

The role will include travel within the UK as well and overseas travel as required.
