Regional Manager – Retail Operation

As an integral member of the Retail and Trading senior management team, you will drive our strategy to deliver outstanding commercial results in the short, medium and long term.

Just as important though, you will be a visible champion of excellence within our stores.

Leading, motivating and developing a team of Area Business Managers, your goal will be to ensure the highest standards at every level as you share best practice, identify opportunities for expansion and monitor compliance.

A results-focused professional, you should bring significant experience of leading a retail management team across a wide geographical area.

A proven track record of success in the charity sector is also important but not essential, along with the ability to resolve complex managerial problems.

First-rate negotiating and influencing skills are essential too, plus an in-depth knowledge of the legal framework for retail activity.
