The Opportunity:
We now have a fantastic opportunity for a commercially trained Category Manager to head up the category team. With a team of 2 and reporting to the Commercial Director you will make a significant contribution to developing and delivering our category strategy.

You will create, develop and lead the UK category team – adding structure to our insights and data using this to build better and stronger retailer relationships and ultimately grow our brand and share of category. Also, you will be accountable for the delivery and execution of shopper insights and the management of category relationships.
You:
Of graduate calibre with an FMCG background in sales or marketing and category management, you will have significant knowledge of the UK grocery sector. Highly commercial with strong analytical skills and the ability to probe and analyse research information. You must have significant category experience and have delivered a number of category and range reviews. We are seeking high potential individuals who will be able to develop this role and become a member of the senior management team.
