Insight Analyst - Commercial & Marketing

As a member of the Planning and Insight team you will be supporting your commercial and marketing colleagues where you will take the lead in consolidating the forecasts process and highlight areas of concern to ensure a robust plan is in place. You will proactively track market pricing and similar metrics to provide key actionable insights to stakeholders. This role will be the link between functions to gain alignment on forecasts and budgeting whilst consolidating the commercial forecast.

The successful candidate will have the following criteria:

• Experience of working in a commercial support role with strong analytical skills
• Consumer retail / FMCG background
• Be able to manipulate large amounts of data to draw meaningful conclusions
• Analysing sales in/out, competitors and promotional activity
• Must be a good influencer with strong persuasive skills
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ideally degree educated
