Right now we’re looking for an outstanding Estates Manager to join our Estates team. 
 
Reporting to the Head of Estates you’ll work closely with the STAR Pubs & Bars Business Development Managers and stakeholders to provide expert advice on all matters related to the effective asset management of the estate.

In doing so you will be ensuring the optimum rental and capital return from the management of the regional property portfolio of approximately 400 units.

You’ll draw upon your well-honed negotiation and influencing skills for a wide range of challenges which include responsibility for chairing rental panels, ensuring effective negotiations with tenants and advisors to ensure annual program of rent reviews and lease renewals are concluded within approval limits and management of divestments where agreed.  

You will also be required to manage the Market Rent Option involving detailed negotiations with our lessees.
 
We’re looking for someone with extensive knowledge of the licensed industry, previous experience of disposal and rent reviews programs who is MRICS qualified.

And it goes without saying that you’ll confidently engage with stakeholders throughout the business as a subject matter expert.
