One of the world's biggest and most successful food businesses is looking to add new talent to its team in London. The position involves working with a Chef Manager responsible for product development on key essentials within many accoladed restaurants. Between you, the responsibilities include managing existing customer accounts along with developing new relationships through your extensive chef network.

Chef experience is the priority before any candidate is considered for interview. A strong, stable and committed work history within credible restaurants or hotels is a must. After that, we require a commercial pedigree that will allow you to make a mark within this role, that could come from business management or another sales position within a major food brand. The role insists on a passionate food professional, who is not tired of the industry but can add verve and vigour to the products which are of benefit to brigades in an industry that is more buoyant than ever in the UK.

If you have a desire to contribute to a wide audience and you have a competitive streak complimented by excellent communication skills then this role could be ideal for you. An excellent monetary package with genuine prospects to move up and across the business is available for a self-starter who can add to the bottom line of a international brand.

The following skills and capabilities are required:

*A knowledge of the London restaurant scene
*Current trends knowledge across a range of food service styles
*Commercial acumen within foodservice businesses
*Excellent presentation and communication skills
*Cooking demonstration skills
*Computer literacy
*Full Driving License

Maintaining the network of chefs and organising cooking demonstrations whilst assisting in their brigades makes this role more than just a catering sales position.
