Business Manager - High Street Grocery Retailers

They are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Business Manager looking for a new challenge, ready to take ownership of key accounts and take them to the next level.

This is a strategically important role at Bel UK as it will see you managing Grocery High Street Retailers. Each of the accounts has unique challenges which will require strategic vision and tenacity to drive growth along with excellent negotiation and analytical skills. There is huge opportunity within these accounts to drive sales and introduce products which have yet to penetrate with these retailers. You will be responsible for the day to day management of these accounts as well as liaising with marketing and NPD teams to spot market opportunities.

The successful candidate will be:

• Degree educated
• 2-4 years' experience in managing National / Key accounts within the FMCG sector with a solid experience of managing a significant P&L
• Category management experience would be highly advantageous to the role due to its analytical nature
• Commercially strong with exceptional negotiation skills
• Knowledge of High Street Supermarket sector
• Bubbly and energetic in character with excellent team working capabilities
