My client is one of the most known and highly-regarded brewers in the industry, steeped in almost 2 centuries of history. With an impressive award-winning portfolio of lagers and ales, they have recently introduced a few craft products in to their range and are also the UK distributor for one of the most iconic craft ales in the market. An exciting and progressive opportunity has now become available to join this well-known brewery in their Independent Free Trade sales team, covering some of their most prestigious London accounts.
 
As a Regional Sales Manager in the Free Trade team you will inherit up to 60 accounts, covering The City, West End, EC and N postcodes. You will manage the company's most important territory to deliver the annual sales and profit targets through the deployment of a territory plan that targets new business generation as a key priority in growing the company's market share on the territory. The role will be split roughly 60:40 new business to account management and you will be heavily involved with their craft portfolio.
 
This role is all about relationships. They are not looking for an aggressive salesperson but more of a consultative seller who holds lasting customer relationships in high regard. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the London On-Trade (ideally in the free trade channel), manage a P&L, and have a big passion for beer.
