What the job entails.
As the National Field Sales Manager you will be working with one specific brand within their portfolio which is one of the most exciting within the world of FMCG! You will be responsible for achieving targeted field sales growth and profit targets across the various channels. You will be expected to manage the strategic planning, whilst contributing to the development of the pipeline of new business coming into the business. You will manage team of direct reports, meaning you will be responsible for recruiting/coaching and developing the team to ensure they are equipped to fulfil their role successfully.

This is a very autonomous role which provides the opportunity to develop your career across various accounts and brands, with genuine progression on offer.

The successful National Field Sales Manager will have:
• Current experience in one of the following roles: Regional Sales Manager, New Business Manager, Business Development Manager or equivalent.
• Experience within a Branded/Blue Chip FMCG organisation
• Previous/current experience of building new senior level relationships within complex and tough trading environments.
• You must of managed a large amount of reports within your team
• A tenacious and entrepreneurial approach
• Preferably be degree educated or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking

Our client is looking to pay between £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience plus a strong benefits package, including company car and a strong bonus scheme.

This is a Field based opportunity.
