A global, blue-chip FMCG organisation based in Basingstoke are looking for a Telemarketing Executive Part Time to join a vibrant, energetic sales team

Client Details

My client are a house hold name. With their products found in every grocer, convenience and forecourt they are a market leader in the FMCG industry. Turning over Billions of pounds every year the opportunities are vast. Training is first class and you will received internal and external training courses.

My client is very flexible around working hours, they are looking for some part-time to work around their other commitments and will negotiate on working hours to fit in with you.

Description

As a Telemarketing Executive Part Time you will be using a CRM system, Sales Force, to call previous and current customers up selling my client's product range to them.

You will be required to make a number of calls a day, some to existing clients; some to previous clients and some cold calls. These cold calls will be well qualified (through the CRM system) and the customer will be very aware of the brand. You will also take a number of incoming inquiries.

You main day to day tasks will be:
  • Making 30-50 calls per day
  • Booking meetings with new customers
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Sell the brand and my client's values
  • Work closely with the external account managers to co-ordinate customer visits.


Profile

The successful Telemarketing Executive Part Time must be based within an hour of Basingstoke and hold a driving licence. Skills and experience required:
  • Excellent communicator and telephone manner
  • 1-2 years experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in a telesales environment
  • Articulate, energetic and passionate
  • Experience in handling website generated inbound leads
  • Experience in building and maintaining a sales pipeline
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Good IT skills inc Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of working with CRM systems - Salesforce.com preferred
  • The desire to work flexible, part time hours
