Field Sales Solutions provides retail sales solutions to a portfolio of big brand names, delivering some ambitious growth plans and is expanding rapidly!

The Role…

  • As a Retail Development Executive, you will be targeted to make a certain number of calls and to deliver results in terms of product profitability
  • You will join our Ferrero UK team, representing well-known brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac, Nutella, Bueno and Kinder Surprise to local retailers
  • Working across a defined geographical territory you will meet retailers and take responsibility for hitting your own targets

The Ideal Candidate…

  • Will be hungry to learn about sales from the ground up – building their skills in a challenging role in the fiercely competitive store environment
  • Can plan and manage their time in a structured way
  • Will have previous experience in a similar role
  • Will own their own vehicle and hold a full, clean driving licence in order to be able to travel to client meetings with merchandise
