Based in the North West, the company have a particular specialism and focus in the food industry and passionate about the category they operate in.  You will find the company operate an exciting and vibrant environment with a young, diverse and growing team.  The company is hugely ambitious and looking for a Brand Manager who can drive initiatives forward, ‘making marketing happen’ engaging with the consumer!

As Brand Manager you will be responsible for engaging with the consumer, ultimately developing integrated communication plans to give the Brand a platform for growth.

•    Understand the market and competitive set, identifying threats and opportunities and proactively developing initiatives to address them
•    Build the brand through the development of engaging, on message brand communications that establish the brand story
•    Develop and drive the partnership programme, identify relevant brands to partner with, developing relevant offers to meet their customer’s needs, build relationships with these partners and manage the execution and delivery of the offer
•    Lead and manage the retention strategy to deliver ongoing, regular purchase and increase average order value
•    Lead and manage the subscription propositions to encourage trial and maximize retention and order values 
•    Work with the in-house chef to develop new products
•    Manage PR, Direct Response, Digital and media agencies 
•    Work with the Marketing Director and Marketing & Projects Director to develop the strategic direction for the brand 

Successful candidates:

•    You will have a minimum of 2 years consumer marketing experience
•    You will be able to demonstrate developing strong marketing communications (on or off line)
•    You will ideally hold some digital or online experience
•    You will be ambitious and able to work in an entrepreneurial and autonomous working environment
