The role is based in our Bristol home, with an international remit, salary circa £55,000pa dependant on experience.

Pukka Herbs - creators of delicious organic herbal teas and incredible health supplements that take people on a journey of discovery to a healthier, happier life – is looking for a talented International Sales Manager. 

If you are energetic and creative, capable of selling and commercial leadership, and excited by the opportunity to develop sales of Pukka tea in markets across the world, then you may be interested in this role.

We are looking for an International Sales Manager to build the momentum and help drive business and sales abroad. 

The role

This role is responsible for delivering our global ambitions.  Working closely with colleagues your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage the Pukka Tea business in key overseas markets (likely to be approx. 2-8 markets)
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the markets 
  • Develop a strategic plan for each 
  • Develop annual plans and budgets and manage the day-to-day delivery.
  • Set the agenda and collaborate internally

You may already have experience in International FMCG Sales – and are educated to degree standard or equivalent, ideally with some knowledge of at least one foreign language.

You will also have: -

  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Experience of developing strategic and tactical plans with customers, and markets
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Negotiating skills
  • Good organisation, and flexibility to prioritise tasks effectively 
  • Ability to influence and mobilise action within the team
