My client is a globally known manufacturer of audio visual products who have been established for over 50 years. Recognised leaders in their field this business offer an array of high quality products loved by both professional and high street consumers. Even though they are a global corporation they have a small team in the UK where they offer a supportive family culture. This business are known for their high retention and have a number of employees who have been with the business for over 10 years. Due to the significant growth of one of their products they are now looking to bring into the business a dedicated Marketing Manager who will develop and implement a brand marketing strategy.

As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing a successful marketing strategy for a fun and energetic brand. You will be involved with advertising campaigns, social media, digital marketing and direct marketing designed to appeal to the brands target audience. This will be a hands on position and the successful candidate will be involved in the implementation of the marketing strategy. Working with agencies will be part of this position however the successful candidate will be experienced in bringing functions in house to make and create their own concepts.

To be considered for this new and exciting position you must currently be a Brand or Marketing Manager working for a fun and trendy brand in the Food or Non-Food Sector. You must be able to demonstrate success in your career and be able to show examples of creative and innovative marketing and advertising techniques you have used. This is a very hands on role for someone who likes to make a difference and be involved in the work they do.
