The Company: This highly regarded manufacturer of perfectly made furniture and home wares has been trading for over thirty years and has just won an award for its 'Excellence in Import'. Supplying plush fabrics, cutting edge textiles, retro designs and fashionable gift based products, this market leading organisation is looking to increase it company revenue by expanding the sales team. If you are looking for an opportunity to sell high quality products into an exciting and credible market then this could be the opportunity for you.
The Role: As Area Sales Manager you will be targeted on developing business within the independent retail sector. Managing approximately 300 accounts in the Scotland region, you will be speaking directly with owners and buyers. This role will consist of around 80% of your time being spent looking after an existing customer base and building on those relationships and the other 20% searching for new business.
The Person: The ideal candidate for this Area Sales Management position will be well presented, organised, highly driven to succeed in your career and comfortable working autonomously. You must have some experience in any sales market either business to business or business to consumer.
