Fantastic opportunity for an existing Regional National Sales Manager to join a business at a time of positive change and development. You will be looked upon to use your current people development skills to drive the UK strategy in the Cash and Carry channel.

Description

An exciting opportunity for a high achieving, proven Regional or National Team Manager to make a significant difference to the field based team. You will be responsible for developing the National Cash & Carry growth strategy with responsibility for a team of high achieving RSMs. You will be responsible for monitoring your teams development and providing relevant training and support.

This is the ideal opportunity for a driven and ambitious person that can demonstrate rapid development in their current business and is looking for a fresh challenge. You will be looked upon to bring new, innovative ideas to drive growth within the team and will be required to take a flexible, hands on approach to your work. You must be passionate about the consumer sector to drive the businesses presence further in the UK market.

Profile

Key Skills - National Sales Manager:
  • Excellent selling skills, currently working as an RSM or NSM in the consumer sector, ideally with experience of managing your own larger accounts.
  • Good reporting and written communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Strong customer skills with the ability to build long term relationships.
  • Flexible approach to your work with the ability to develop and implement a business strategy.
  • Commutable to the Northern office once a week which would include North East England, North West, Yorkshire, East and West Midlands with regular UK wide travel.
