Commercial Execution Lead

We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to take on a role as Commercial Execution Lead for a leading impulse company. You will be a high calibre candidate with strong FMCG experience and a drive for success. This company has several big brands under their name and are looking for a candidate who will suit their reputation well. This role will give you the opportunity to manage a sales team, the sales processes, and the sales training.

The responsibilities of the Commercail Execution Lead:

• To apply and govern consistent and efficient running of sales processes across: S&OP, pricing and promotion management, etc.
• To understand where the business can improve to deliver efficiency across the commercial function
• To liaise with IT to efficiently implement Sales Systems improvements
• To work directly with the SPM to offer appropriate training to all new employees

The ideal candidate for this role:

• Experienced Sales/Account manager with strong FMCG experience
• Proven and visible sales results with an FMCG business
• Strong communication skills
• Degree level education or equivalent
