Our integrated supply chain operations operate globally from field to fork, backed by a leading market presence. The Group has significant USP’s including its ability to source from strategic positions around the globe, following sustained investment in its farming and international procurement activities.

This newly created role will be a vital addition to our service offering, injecting deep thought leadership to help drive consumer insight and category growth. As a senior member of the team, your main focus will be to partner with our key retail programme customers to successfully develop and execute focused category development plans. As part of a global organisation, you will be expected to keep up to date with worldwide trends and there is potential for overseas travel.

To succeed, you will be able to demonstrate significant category management experience with a leading fresh food supplier to the grocer multiples and solid career progression. You have mastered the art of category insight and category management, and most importantly can demonstrate deep expertise in innovative market driven plans and ideas, and being able to powerfully present these to support their commercial delivery.
