Would you like to join the digital team of a fast growing spirits business?

Our client is a premium online spirits wholesaler and retailer, supplying diverse on-trade businesses with top quality products. This company prides itself in delivering exceptional, personalized service to their clients who range from small country pubs, to Michelin-starred restaurants, and world-famous style bars. They are a family owned business and as they evolve and grow, they have an increasing range of opportunities for creative people with a hands-on attitude. Despite their size, they do everything in-house, from website design and creative work to customer service and maintaining their large warehouse. This company offers loads of room for career progression and professional development. Talk about family values!

As a Data Analyst, you would head up analytics for the digital team's successful e-commerce platform. A key aspect of this role will be to develop, define, and produce high quality data reports to be reviewed by different departments. You must be able to compile and present analysis reports to senior management, as well as review competitor activity and produce statistical reports. This role will work closely with the management accountant and head buyer to examine buying trends, products, and forecasting. You will be the go-to person for analytics and data.

As a successful candidate, you will have an e-commerce background, or have worked for an online retailer in your current/previous role(s). A minimum of 4 years working in the alcoholic drinks industry is required as well. A degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, operational research, or a related subject involving maths is preferred but not required. Must be comfortable with using Google Analytics, and have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy as well as strong communication skills. If this sounds like you and you think you can get into the spirit' of the role, get in touch!
