Based in Yorkshire, the company specialise in the drinks industry, particularly within beers, and have recently experienced a considerable amount of investment.  

You will find the company operate a fun, exciting and vibrant environment with a young, diverse and growing team.  

Continual improvement is high on the agenda, and are hugely passionate about what they do and have an affinity with their product.

As Head of Retail you will be responsible for developing a craft beer experience as part of a retail environment in a newly created role:

  • Brand new store concept development
  • Store turnover
  • Look and feel
  • Events and PR
  • Recruitment and training 
  • Strategic development – next steps
  • People development

Successful candidates:

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years retail experience
  • You will have a passion for beer and an affinity with the industry
  • You will be able to demonstrate retail store development with success
  • You will be ambitious and able to work in an entrepreneurial and autonomous working environment
