Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Junior National Account Manager on behalf of a leading North West based food business.

The Business

Operating out of the North West, our client has developed itself to become a leading, multi-sited UK manufacturer of various food products. Holding strong relationships & category share within all of the major multiples, the business is now embarking on entry into new categories and diversification of its product range within particular customers – leading to the expansion of its commercial team.

The Role

Now seeking a Junior National Account Manager to take ownership of particular categories within their M&S account. First of all, you will be responsible for a selection of small categories which will allow increased exposure & negotiation with the retail buyer, and allow the development of your commercial skillset through JBP negotiation and P+L management. Secondly, you will be tasked with providing commercial support & working closely with senior members of the commercial team on their management of key business accounts.

The Individual

The chosen candidate must hold previous exposure to National Account commercial support or management in an FMCG environment – whether as a National Account Executive or Junior NAM & preferably within M&S. You will be tenacious, ambitious and present a clear willingness to develop your career within a team-orientated and close-knit environment.
