Business Development Manager   – Health & Beauty FMCG

At Church & Dwight UK Ltd, we have seen significant growth in our business and have ambitious plans; to deliver these, we need to employ an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager who wishes to develop their career and manage a portfolio of retailers within the Discount, Value retailer channels and also develop our convenience and C&C channels, experience in these channels is essential. 

We are the UK subsidiary of the multi-national US based Church & Dwight with a multi-billion Dollar turnover.

We manufacture and market well known products in the Health & Beauty / Healthcare sectors to all major retailers.

Our extensive brands include Batiste, Arm & Hammer, Femfresh, Sterimar, Pearl drops, Replens, Nair.

You will be able to demonstrate good presentation and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to show an understanding of account development and a full understanding of what it takes to build the business.

You will have full P&L responsibility for your accounts with considerable autonomy in achieving company objectives.

The position will be home based and therefore, you must be able to work remotely, be fully IT literate & self motivated.
