Job Details

Our client is a world famous luxury leisure company recognised for their dynamic marketing strategy and forward-thinking innovation. They have a strong presence in all key and emerging markets around the world.

As they continue to expand their business presence in Europe, they are seeking a CRM specialist to support this ambitious expansion plan from a digital marketing strategy point of view.

Key responsibilities will include defining and implementing the CRM Strategy with the objective to develop customer acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty measures.  You will take a hands on approach with the ownership and management of CRM systems to maximise ROI, increase traffic and ultimately sales & conversion. This will involve defining the yearly global CRM calendar and action plan to support major product launches, peak sales periods and create new opportunities to communicate with clients and prospects.

The successful candidate will be degree educated with strong CRM experience gained in a luxury/premium beauty/hospitality environment. You will have experience working cross-functionally with people at all levels within the business. You will consider yourself to be a data expert that can help build a robust CRM strategy/data capture tools that will enable data-driven, commercial decision-making. 

Strong organisational and planning skills, with an excellent balance of strategic and operational thinking is pivotal in this role. You will need to demonstrate that you can take ownership as you will help to shape the CRM strategy. You will be highly commercial and creative and will have exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
