Job Details
Key Features:
* Managing and monitoring budgets agreed with the UK Marketing Director, providing accurate forecasts and feeding into the budget-setting process
* Developing creative marketing communications campaigns using all channels - email, online, social media, SEM, PR, print and outdoor advertising, direct mail, grassroots strategies
* Working closely with the UK Marketing Director and the media buying agency on advertising and media strategy
* Day to day management of the media agency and other agency partners as may be needed
* Developing a content marketing plan to integrate with our other channels and working with the other members of the UK Marketing team to generate ideas and copy
* Developing and maintaining systems and processes that allow the team to carry out and report on campaign progress and success, including ticket revenue
* Developing digital marketing tactics within the overall marketing strategy
* Developing strategies to drive audience growth and engagement, including customer insight research where needed
* Developing a customer segmentation strategy and implementing targeted communications where possible
* Working closely with the PR agencies and UK Marketing Director on the PR strategy
Person specification:
You will be a passionate and imaginative marketer with a CIM, IDM or equivalent qualification, with proven customer-facing campaign planning experience and a strong track record in driving revenue.
With a flexible, fun, but results-focused attitude, you might be a creatively minded Brand Manager, Senior Marketing Executive or Junior Marketing Manager looking for your next challenge, or looking to make the move to client side from an agency background as a Senior Account Manager.
Experience of CRM, marketing automation and strong digital knowledge including analytics are key skills for this role and the ideal candidate will bring to the role experience of raising awareness.
Event marketing experience and knowledge of the art world would be advantageous, but not essential. Line management and copywriting experience is also an advantage.
