Job Details
The eCommerce Key Account Manager is key in continuing to the transformation of the client's eCommerce business. The eCommerce Key Account Manager will work with some top grocery and online customers. Key accountabilities include: creating and activating online account plans and strategies that drive synergy with Brick & Mortar strategies, collaborating with store Account Managers and Multi-Functional partners to deliver against the client's portfolio goals, identifying new opportunities to grow eCommerce via sales fundamentals improvements, sharing/capturing best practices, and building strong relationships with customers. High learning agility, digital or eCommerce experience and dealing with ambiguity required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute online sales fundamentals
Execute Perfect Page to include standard content, enhanced content to educate shoppers, multiple high-res images, videos, and reviews for full assortment
Add full store assortment including e-packs and non-store items
Execute on line promotions in tandem with account manager and shopper marketing manager; Work with brand teams to point traffic to retailer website from national banner ads
Execute pricing fundamentals by item to align with national pricing guidelines
Work cross functionally with supply chain managers to close gaps in out of stocks, fill rates, and on-time delivery to dot.com DCs
Responsible for owning and maintaining online assortment file, UPC transition files, and POS & Inventory Reports
Lead E-commerce Business Planning process for current year, near term (1-2 years), and long term (3+ years) collaboratively with National Account Manager
Develop business reporting dashboard to track business results and drive continuous improvement to the sales fundamentals
Share and Reapply -Become the "expert" on the online retailer's "way of doing business"
Understand and share on a timely manner market intelligence regarding competitive activity; changes in retailer's financial, personnel or strategic status: new business opportunities and other information necessary to the company to succeed
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, and EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Several years' experience in Key Account or Sales position and/or eCommerce, digital marketing or digital advertising space
Strong working knowledge of websites, digital advertising platforms, email, CRM and analytics.
Customer P&L responsibility
Skill to properly manage the chain through product category management expertise.
Familiar with all aspects of a retailer's corporate and store operations.
Superior sales, communication, organization and management skills.
Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Passion for eCommerce
