Sales Manager and Territory Manager
WE HAVE AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY SO SOMEONE TO BUILD THEIR OWN SALES TEAM FROM THE GROUND UP FOR AN SUCCESSFUL INTERNATIONAL COMPANY.
Company
An exciting American company are expanding in the UK and are in the process of building their Sales team. Parna Recruitment are working exclusively with this client in finding them the ideal candidate. Our client specialises within cutting edge impulse products.
Although new to the UK this company are huge in America…The successful candidate is guaranteed progression and be very successful within their career being exposed to a number of responsibilities and influential people within the industry.
The Role
- You will be building the new business for your territory, South, Midlands or North pending on your geographical location/territory.
- Selling and servicing the convenience stores, independent retailers, petrol forecourts and symbol groups.
- Working with the MD you will be responsible for the recruitment of your National Sales Team including Territory Managers and eventually Regional Managers.
- Train and motivate your sales team
- Working with the MD you will work together to set KPI’s and rewards
Location:
- FLEXIBLE - If you are based in the South, you will recruit territory managers for the Midlands and North (Vice Versa)
Requirements
- A can do attitude is a must
- Experience working a territory within this market
- Strong at bringing in new business
- You need to be willing to get your hands dirty as this business is being built from scratch and you will be a part of this growth.
- Willing to travel – as you will be responsible for the training of your team.
- Management skills is desirable but not essential
Package
- Base salary of £25,000-£30,000 OTE £50,000
