Your challenge as National Account Manager will be to deliver sales and profit targets. Responsible for site contact and service within your geographical area and hitting an FM sales forecast of £1m+, you’ll drive on-site penetration to reflect the strategic development plan. Reporting to our Sector Sales Manager, you’ll develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act on product/service opportunities to maximise sales, margin and net profit. Key accountabilities of the National Account Manager role include:
• developing and executing a call-cycle plan 
• maintaining a constant sales pipeline 
• working with customers to improve service and deliver site-level supply chain efficiencies 
• liaising closely with key vendors to maximise value-added support. 

For this National Account Manager role, you’ll need a proven track record in Account Management, sales and profit generation, ideally in a similar sector, with the ability rapidly to develop excellent knowledge of Arco products, customers, services and suppliers. Able to work remotely, prioritise workload and meet deadlines, you have comprehensive knowledge of the customer sector and geographical area, along with the market and competition. You also have:
• the ability to identify sales opportunities and develop persuasive selling arguments 
• excellent presentation skills to sell Arco and our full range of services at senior and site level.
