An opportunity has arisen in an entrepreneurial, fast paced chilled foods business that manufacture premium food products for the retail and foodservice channels, sold under brand and private label. They have experienced impressive year on year growth of around 30% and are looking to the future with plans to triple their turnover. They are now seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join their busy commercial team.

Supporting the national accounts team and the Commercial Controller, you will work on all aspects of sales and marketing. You will be responsible for recording data in order to produce reports for use in marketing and sales materials. You will work closely with the sales department, providing insights into the market and the businesses competitors. As well as supporting the sales team you will be responsible for marketing campaigns both on and off line. You will maintain the company website, develop the social media offering and assist with the planning and management of product launches. This is a fast paced role within a growing business and offers great progression opportunities into various areas of the business.

In order to be considered for this role you will currently be working in a junior marketing or sales role with experience in both areas. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential as are presentation skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. You will be ambitious and seeking a position within a growing business where you are able to further your career.
