Marketing Manager - Chilled Foods - £45k-£50k

Our client is a privately owned food producer, who supply a range of chilled food products into foodservice and retail outlets.  There is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager to help manage the foodservice and online channel of the business.  

The Role

• Reporting into Marketing Director
• Planning all brand, NPD and marketing research for foodservice side of business
• Implementation of strategies
• Managing 4 direct reports and 5 indirect reports.
• Analysing sales data on key consumer and competitor trends
• Develop social media, marketing and advertising.

The Candidate

• The successful candidate will have food or FMCG background
• From a Retail background
• Man management experience
• Experience in direct and off-line marketing
• Strong internal and external communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Marketing  experience
• A pro-active, can do attitude and a desire to join a growing business
• Marketing or related qualifications
• Analytical and commercially sharp
