LOCATION: Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Stoke-on-Trent, Sheffield, Liverpool, Manchester, Preston, Leeds

REWARDS: £55k - £60k + OTE + Bonus + Fully Expensed Car/Allowance + Fuel Card + Mobile + Tablet, Healthcare, Pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays

We are a market leading Foodservice Company, seeking a strong Non-Food Business Manager in Catering Supplies to join our Senior Sales team.

THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a Business Manager for our Corporate Catering Supplies and Equipment division. You would be reporting to the Managing Director of our Non-Food division. You will be in charge of looking after 2 direct reports. This is a team management and hands on account management/acquisition role. The ideal candidate will be based in the Midlands and ideally, you would have managed NAM's in a previous role and have an experience of selling both catering supplies and equipment.
THE APPLICANT
- Experience of working in a large organisation with a strong corporate structure
- Minimum of 5 years` working history performing a National Account Manager or Senior Sales role
- Outstanding record of acquiring and managing multi-million-pound accounts
- Proven record selling category supplies/equipment into a similar corporate foodservice customers
- High level of numeracy, commercial awareness, PowerPoint and excel skills
- Good interpersonal, presentation skills
- Team player able to work within a cross-functional team
- Able to negotiate. formulate, implement and monitor trading agreements
- Formulate customer and channel business plans and strategies
- Ability to understand market trends and be able to translate these into value adding
- Ability to network at a senior level across existing and potential organisations
- NPD Experience
- KPI experience in team and individual, sales growth, margin and bringing on new accounts
- Customer and Channel plans
