Job Details

The Business

Our client is an established manufacturer within the ambient sector operating across major retailers with a strong heritage brand. They are looking to hire a Category expert with experience of managing online accounts, especially Ocado and Amazon, to join their Category team. The business is located within the Home Counties so commuting from the East Midlands or London is a possibility.

The Role

The key responsibilities of the role include: 

  • Analysis and ownership of key data sets to deliver shopper marketing activation plans in support of the commercial team
  • Manage key shopper marketing relationships with their key online accounts (Ocado, Amazon, grocery .com’s, etc.)
  • Ensuring the business is seen as the leaders in the shopper marketing environment

The Individual

A wealth of experience in managing accounts is not essential, what they are looking for is someone passionate about online accounts with a real desire to own the digital side of the business.

A proven track record of building and maintaining internal and external relationships will give a strong basis on which to develop. Prior training is always important but attitude, passion and desire are just as crucial.
