An exciting opportunity for an outstanding sales controller to join a personal care beauty brand, who pride themselves on only using high quality fibres and materials for their products and aim to exceed all customers' expectations. They put the highest amount of care into protecting, respecting and rewarding their employees as well as the environment around them.

They have strong brand awareness around having excellence, significance and flair towards all products they create and provide uncompromising value.

The role will include-

  • Developing and delivering annual sales plans
  • Being responsible for shaping the UK sales strategy
  • Full P & L responsibility
  • Monitoring objectives and sales targets to achieve account profitability
  • Developing your own accounts whilst being accountable for all established accounts

We're looking for a senior sales candidate who has a track record of success within the FMCG environment, ideally dealing with non-food consumer goods products. You are probably a SNAM, Sales Controller or Head of Sales at the moment. You will be expected to spend some time (2 days per week) in their Midlands office so in an ideal world you shouldn't be based too far away from this location. If you've got experience of managing sales teams this would be extremely beneficial. If you can provide evidence of when you've set and implemented a successful sales strategy that would help your cause.
