Electrical Maintenance Engineer - (Coventry) - £30k - Days

Our client is a leading food manufacturing company seeking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer on day shift for their Coventry site.

It will be the Electrical Maintenance Engineer's responsibility to provide engineering support throughout the production process. Electrical Maintenance Engineer Shift Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maximising production line efficiencies throughout the busy factory floor.

This role is easily accessible from parts of Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Northampton, Kettering, Wolverhampton, Hickney, Daventry, Nuneaton, Redditch, Button upon Trent and Loughborough.

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will:
  • Complete maintenance and repairs within agreed target times.
  • Install new machinery and equipment accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform daily in depth fault finding, diagnosis and breakdown repairs.
  • Keep up-to-date maintenance records of all daily activities.


Electrical Maintenance Engineer Essential Criteria:
  • 3+ years' experience working within a highly automated FMCG environment
  • Electrical qualification either engineering or as a time-served electrician i.e. City & Guilds, NVQ3, 17th ed. etc.



This role is based on a rotating day shift pattern, working 5.30am to 2pm then 1.30pm to 10pm over a two-week period.
