The role of the Recruitment Consultant is to:
• Develop and manage client relationships in a competitive environment
• Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth within a specialist market
• Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement and beyond
• Win new exciting accounts
• Establish opportunities with both candidates and clients
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be able to demonstrate:
A desire to pick up the phone to new clients and candidates and to learn new techniques. You will need to bring bags of enthusiasm; we will then train you to be a hugely successful consultant. If you are tenacious, self-motivated and have experience in B2B/ B2C sales, hospitality or customer services then this could be the role for you!
