Visual Merchandising Manager - Beauty brand

Our client is recognised as a leading beauty retailer brand. They are one of the world's best renowned brands recognised for their innovation and quality.

They are seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to create, drive and implement the EMEIA Visual Merchandising strategy. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & PR, you will be responsible for elevating the shopper experience, ensuring it is aligned with the 3 year marketing plans. You will also be responsible for leading the new store concept roll out and openings in EMEIA to ensure the in-store experience drives profitable sales, customer satisfaction and loyalty. This will involve briefing and collaborating with the EMEIA Marketing team to deliver fixtures, props, campaigns which inspire consumers to try and buy products. You will take a truly Visual Merchandising approach when working on product launches, promotions and events across multiple retail channels (retail, export and wholesale).

The ideal candidate will be degree educated with strong premium retail/ beauty experience gained in a Visual Merchandising position. They will be extremely creative and passionate with a good understanding of current visual merchandising trends and methods. They will have a proven track record of taking strategic responsibility for the EMEA region for a premium led consumer brand. You will demonstrate commercial awareness, whilst ensuring brand standards and directives are maintained, lead the EMEIA VM direction, creative input and guidance to all key stakeholders in order to achieve the highest standards of beauty displays and an experiential consumer journey.
