Area Sales Manager

The Company:

A global market leader within the ceramic tile and related products sector who are recognised as a market leader are looking to strengthen their sales force with the key appointment of an Area Sales manager to cover Hampshire, Berkshire, Dorset . Roles within this company are highly sought after by those in the Ceramic Tiles sector and this is a rare opportunity for someone from outside the market to join.

Job Description:

The role is working as an Area Sales Manager in the Retail Division where you will identify new opportunities where the company products can be sold. You will be responsible for managing an existing account base as well as generating new business from a varied mixture of clients including independent merchants, retailers and distributors.

The Person:

As an Area Sales Manager you will have a background working ideally within the Ceramic Tiles, Adhesives, Grouts or a related sector or alternatively experience of selling products for a commercial interiors company (within flooring, furnishings, furniture, lighting or wallcoverings) or within the building and construction market. Full product and sales training will be provided but a knowledge of this industry would be highly advantageous.
