£45,000 - £55,000 + Car + Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen within an international drinks business with a great presence particularly within the cash & carry and wholesale channels. As an entrepreneurial business they have continued to grow and innovate since their conception; developing existing and adding new products to their portfolio. They have a core range spread across the water and fruit juice categories and a high focus on attention to detail and quality service. Following a recent rebranding and the acquisition of some lucrative national contracts they now require an experienced National Sales Manager to lead a sales team as well as take responsibility for some key accounts.

As National Sales Manager you will take full accountability for management of a 5 person regional sales team whilst also taking on some key national accounts. You will have P&L responsibility for the revenue delivered via your sales team, implementing national sales and growth strategies as well as managing a marketing spend. You will be targeted on revenue growth as well as your team’s performance with a view to building a larger team across the UK as you progress. This will be a field based role so you must be prepared to travel regularly.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have experience in managing a team from within the FMCG sector. Candidates who have experience in the wholesale channel from a drinks background will be preferred but other applicants with people management experience will also be considered. If you have a background in account management either at regional or national level this will also be an advantage. Due to the entrepreneurial nature of the business you will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a great leader to develop and build a team around them.
