We are looking for an experienced BAM with the clear headed, individual thinking it takes to recognise a genuine career enhancing opportunity and who has the intuitive sense of timing to make the most of it.

 In this role you’ll be working for a major FMCG Food organisation with iconic brands that are perfectly placed to achieve significant sales growth and market success. You will be responsible for one direct report (NAM) and will play a leading role in supplier planning negotiations, business reviews and risk & opportunity management with our client’s senior stakeholders. You will:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key customers
  • Create and maintain a Joint Business Plan with the customer to deliver corporate objectives
  • Develop and maintain business in specific multiple accounts to meet and beat profitable sales growth targets
  • Work closely with Marketing and Category - close distribution gaps, deliver New Product Launch plans and range review delivery
  • Drive accuracy and delivery of monthly sales forecasts.

  • A degree or equivalent in sales or business development
  • Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
  • Several years’ track record of managing major retailers in FMCG
  • Strong critical thinking and judgement
  • Excellent data analysis / Insights
  • Sound knowledge of budget management
  • Excellent sales and business development skills
  • First class interpersonal and negotiating skills.

You must be an experienced and dynamic sales professional with a proven career profile. What is absolutely essential is that you have the can-do attitude necessary to deliver top results, coupled with the ambition and desire to progress your career to a senior level.
