Are you a Shopper Marketing Professional looking for an exciting new role?

This category leading business is actively seeking a Customer Activation Manager to lead activation excellence within the Major Grocers, High Street Retailers and online. If you relish creative freedom and accountability to deliver world class activation and the opportunity to join a fun, young and fast paced environment then we want to hear from you! The shopper marketing function is continuing to grow within this business and while they have some key contacts within the major retailers it will be your job to make sure that they are in contact with all of the right stakeholders to help develop and create leading in-store activation.

Working with this global brands products which lie within multiple categories and channels you will activate brand plans tailored to the individual needs of  all the likes of Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons, Boots, Whole Foods and Ocado. Naturally this is a customer facing role with large internal and external stakeholders network, so we are looking for someone who can foster collaborative relationships with all to drive the business forward.

You’re responsibilities would include helping to develop the annual plans and annual shopper budgets with key retailers, working with the brand team to help develop NPD launches, understanding campaign impact and of course building strong relationships with new and existing retailers.

To be successful in this role you will need to be a creative and entrepreneurial self starter who has a challenger mind set. You will need at least 2 years FMCG/food experience within a sales, marketing or shopper marketing role. You will also be highly analytical and have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining a proactive approach.
