Business Account Manager – Nisa

c. £55,000 + car + bonus + benefits

As one of the major players in their category, my client has a strong portfolio of brands and has experienced huge growth in recent years. With an international presence, their current turnover stands in excess of £100m in the UK and £1bn worldwide. As a business they invest heavily back into the company by creating high marketing budgets and constantly improving training and development programmes. They believe in giving their employees the best opportunities to grow within the business, and therefore do not take anyone on that they feel can’t do the next 2 roles above them in the future, so there is strong opportunity for progression. They are now looking to add a Nisa Business Account Manager to the team based on consistent YoY growth.

As Business Account Manager you will work as part of a team of 5, reporting into the Business Unit Controller. You will work closely with the senior management team and therefore hold significant responsiblity and have the opportunity to make a huge impact.

Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Development and achievement of increased sales growth.
  • Managing the cost price analysis process and procedures.
  • Setting and delivering on the customer business plans.
  • Maintaining an accurate awareness and working knowledge of stock levels.
  • Managing all aspects of relationship key customers.
  • Complying with all company goals and initiatives.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have a proven background in a branded, FMCG food environment. You must be a driven, bright, ambitious individual with a career plan in place and clear goals for the future. This could suit someone managing large convenience or cash & carry accounts looking for a step up in seniority for the future. It is crucial you are able to work from the head office in the south east once a week.
