A world leading international Blue Chip organisation headquartered on the M4 corridor are urgently seeking National Account Managers to join their successful and growing team. This represents a fantastic opportunity to join a key brand on its next exciting chapter. If you have experience working in National Accounts or sales roles within large complex organisations and are seeking a new challenge then we would be very keen to speak with you.

The Role

Based from home, you will be a key member of the accounts team and manage Tesco + 1 European account for the organisation. You will be responsible for managing and developing the ongoing relationships with the customers to include:

  • Driving category growth as category captain within store.
  • Putting together joint business plans with the customer
  • Driving ongoing brand growth
  • Negotiate margin and pricing levels
  • Strong stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
  • Monitor and analyse results to drive growth both form a customer and internal point of view
  • Develop and implement growth strategies with the customer

This is a fantastic role, managing the most important customer group in the ongoing growth of the organisation.

The candidate

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in a National Sales / Account Management role with a thorough understanding of maximising profitable growth with a major customer. You should also be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience working with large multiples
  • A background within a branded blue chip organisation
  • Graduate degree or equivalent
  • Experience of new product development
  • The ability to forge relationships at all levels of an organisation
  • A proven track record of driving successful growth
