This Senior Brand/NPD Manager role offers the opportunity to join a truly unique Fragrance/Lifestyle brand at an exciting time of change, expansion and personal opportunity!

This vital role will see you take responsibility for the implementation of the consumer marketing strategy across product and 'experience'.  Developing and  then implementing all annual brand activation plans across UK, European and Rest-of-World markets. Working collaboratively with your functional peer group as well as operations, to deliver a cohesive and a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints and geographies. 

This is a unique and challenging role, and will require a creative marketing professional able to offer at least 5 years’ experience in the beauty industry, ideally gained within a global organisation, and with experience across Retail, Brand Management and NPD.  Mass or prestige is unimportant what is essential is a hands-on approach and ability to make things happen from concept to launch.

Understanding the motivations of the luxury goods consumer would be beneficial but not essential.  A strong commercial and analytical approach will be paramount - continuous evaluation of the competitive landscape; consumer trends and effectiveness of the product portfolio.
