Business Manager

We are looking for a passionate and organised candidate to join a leading Sales & Marketing agency as a Business Manager. This agency has recently signed an international drinks business and is looking for someone to join the team and manage four field based managers. This role sits within the retail team and will involve an equal mix of client management and data led insight which will be delivered to the client.

Responsibilities of this Business Manager:

• Complete responsibility of the management of one or more account
• Continuous development of the account along with selling more of the agency's services
• Developing your field based managers and aiding them in their progression
• To understand budgets and stay within the agency's set financial strategy

Requirements of this Business Manager:

• Degree level educated or equivalent
• Experience in Field Sales and/or Field Marketing
• Proven account management experience
• Experience leading projects and delivering them on time and efficiently
• Highly numerate and confident with data
• Excellent presentation skills
