Job Details

Are you looking to break into the exciting world of FMCG? My client is a well established business that are making noise in the On Trade sphere and pushing the big dogs out by winning the hearts of their consumers. This is a very exciting opportunity to get out in the field and work across the West London patch, driving sales and winning new business.

Client Details

My client is a well known brand within the UK in their respective category, taking a simple product and creating a unique twist - making them one of the most sought after brands to stock and consume. They take away the "unhealthy" ingredients and only use the best high quality naturally sourced products.

Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join the London sales team, covering the highly sought after West London patch.

As the Business Development Executive, your main responsibility is to take full ownership of your patch, including all current and potential accounts. The role will be a mixture of account management as well as prospecting new business (60/40 split). The role offers flexibility to cover accounts including On Trade, Horeca, independents, convenience and grocery accounts. You will have the flexibility and responsibility to work autonomously to cover and prospect the account base in your patch, taking full ownership of your diary and daily activities - ensuring productivity is there to end in the results needed.

Profile

The Business Development Executive will be someone who is naturally confident, personable and has good spirits about them. You could be walking into a pub, hotel, independent store or Michelin star restaurant on any given day. Therefore this role requires someone who is resilient, tenacious and is confident to approach and interact with key stakeholders. Prior experience within FMCG sales or field sales would be advantageous.

Job Offer

As the Business Development Executive, you will be entitled to £20-25k base salary (dependent on experience) + £10k bonus (dependent on performance against targets) + travel expenses paid.
