PepsiCo are on the look-out for an Innovation Brand Manager (Grains) to take responsibility for Innovation projects across 9 countries across Western Europe region. You will be specifically responsible for managing the Portable Breakfast agenda involving 2 Blue Chip launches in 2017 along with translating the global strategy for future growth in this space.

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, the specific responsibilities of the job include:
  • Manage a key part of the innovation agenda. Be able to drive the strategy along with the Sr. Marketing Manager and independently transition the execution in market to the local BU's.
  • Translate the strategy from the global team to ensure local relevance and incrementally.
  • Initiate next phase projects to ensure long term growth and consumer relevance in this space.

    • Creating sound strategies that can be executed in market;
    • Developing hypothesis from consumer feel and data sources to identify opportunities for the business;
    • Turning complex business cases into easy to digest sound bites / core messages to enable swift buy in of senior management;
    • Impacting and influencing x-functional partners and senior management;
    • Management of external agencies/partners;
    • Developing and implementing commercially successful NPD;
    • Leading cross-functional team;
    • Commercial acuity.
