SENIOR NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - E–Commerce & Grocery

What we need from you?

BE GREAT:

You will be a graduate, trained at selling, presenting and negotiating within a 'blue-chip’ business, with strong FMCG national account sales experience dealing with and directly managing e-commerce and national grocery accounts. You will be highly numerate with a slightly embarrassing obsession about spreadsheets, pivot tables, charts and reports. However you will excel at taking these obsessions and translating the data you love so much into credible and innovative insights. But it doesn’t stop there because you can go the extra mile and develop those insights into genuinely value-adding actions, which you motivate your customer into affecting change.

HUSTLE:

You are not constrained by the past or the present. You can see the bigger picture. You are driven by your convictions. You have a restless need to make a difference everyday you work. This is what fuels you to not just go the extra mile but to do whatever it takes to create the opportunity, to close the deal, to drive change. You do not give up and you turn ‘no’ into a ‘yes’.

GET STUFF DONE:

We told you we’re a straight talking company. You can be great and you can hustle, but if you don’t see the job through to the end and get it done, then it doesn’t become a reality. ‘Trying your best’ is what your parents asked you to do when you were at school. CaféPod doubled in size last year, we’ll do at least the same again this year and we’ll do the same again next year. We have to. We’re in a growing category. We have a pipeline of NPD. We need great people, that can hustle and get stuff done.
