Field Sales Executive - FMCG Toy Wholesaler

The Company: Established in the UK just over 70 years ago, this well established and highly thought of business is the biggest player in independent retail channel. With their vast range of toy and giftware products, they design, manufacture and distribute a range of branded and unbranded toys and are dedicated to promoting quality and creative products to increase their ever growing market share in the UK toy industry. Offering an opportunity to progress into senior sales, this would be an exciting opportunity for an experienced FMCG candidate to establish themselves within a flourishing company.

THE ROLE: As the Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing accounts and developing new business across the North of England. Selling their entire range of quality toys into the independent retail channel, you will be required to work from home and manage your territory effectively, making a minimum of 5 face-to-face visits per day and maintaining your base of 200 accounts whilst targeting new business opportunities on your patch. Substantial product training will be provided upon placement to ensure you will be armed with the knowledge to be a success in the role.

THE PERSON:

• Ideally an FMCG background
• Must have experience selling and promoting products into the independent channel
• An excellent relationship builder with the ability to take initiative and identify new business opportunities
