One of the UK’s largest Ambient businesses with a variety of brands and own label products is looking for a Brand Manager to join their team. Boasting a range of ‘family favourite’ brands that are a staple for households across the UK, this role is working for a sizeable organisation which is part of a fantastic group of companies.

Role

The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving profitable, sustainable base volume growth for the brand by creating effective strategies and plans to create a brand that consumers love, based on real, actionable consumer insights . They will effectively manage and lead projects to deliver against those plans with both internal cross functional teams & external agency partners. As well as this they will grow the brand P&L by developing managing initiatives including quality upgrades and value optimisation projects that deliver long term commercial goals.

Person

You will require a degree level qualification and have worked as part of a team delivering strong consumer insights within a branded FMCG environment. You will have extensive brand planning experience and have worked on new product development including developing all associated communications. As a strong team player you will have a proven track record in building relationships with internal & external stake holders. Above all Confidence to challenge stakeholders at all levels to make a difference and a real passion to achieve results.
